General Policy

The full amount of the reservation will be taken once the free cancellation window has ended.We do not take a deposit.
The free cancellation window ends 14 days prior to your arrival.This is when the full amount of your reservation will be taken.
The total value of the booking will be non refundable after the 14 days prior to your arrival.
The total value of the booking will be non refundable for changes on the day of arrival or in the event of a no show.
In the unlikely event of us cancelling the reservation a full refund of any money taken will be made. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
The Letchworth is strictly non smoking and non vaping. It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Guest House and a £300 charge for a deep clean will be made should you be found smoking or vaping inside.
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur.If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay.
One set of keys lost will incur £30 charge for a replacement.
